1. Product Information & Accuracy

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability are accurate and up to date.

However:

Product images are for illustrative purposes.
Packaging and presentation may vary slightly.
In the event an item is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute with a product of equal or greater value.
All substitutions will maintain the overall quality and theme of the basket.

We do not intentionally misrepresent any product.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars.

We reserve the right to:

Correct pricing errors
Cancel orders affected by technical errors
Modify pricing without prior notice

Orders are not confirmed until payment is successfully processed.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping rates and deadlines are outlined in our Shipping Policy.

While we strive to meet all published delivery timeframes, delivery dates are estimates and not guarantees unless an expedited option explicitly states otherwise.

Purim holiday delivery depends on:

Order date
Shipping method selected
Carrier performance

We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, customs processing, or incorrect addresses provided by customers.

4. Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the perishable and food-related nature of our products, all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged.

If your order arrives damaged:

You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
Clear photographs of the product and shipping box are required.

If approved, we may issue:

A replacement, or
A refund to the original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

This policy complies with Google Merchant transparency requirements.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed for shipment.

During peak holiday periods (including Purim), cancellations may not be possible once production and packaging begin.

6. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

Providing accurate shipping addresses
Reviewing all order details before checkout
Ensuring recipients can receive packages

Carrier address correction fees will be charged to the customer if applicable.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
