At PurimBaskets.com, we take pride in the quality and presentation of every basket we ship.

Because our products contain food and perishable items, all sales are considered final. However, we are committed to resolving any issues if your order arrives damaged.


Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, you must:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  2. Email clear photos of:

    • The damaged product

    • The shipping box

    • The shipping label

After review, we may offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund to the original payment method

All decisions are made at our discretion based on the condition and evidence provided.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the food and perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect items ordered

  • Delivery delays caused by carriers

  • Incorrect addresses provided by customers

  • Refusal of delivery


Address Errors

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Reshipping fees will apply

Carrier address correction fees (such as UPS charges) will be the responsibility of the customer.


Holiday Orders (Purim)

During peak holiday periods, including Purim:

  • Delivery dates are estimates and depend on carrier performance

  • Refunds will not be issued for carrier delays beyond our control

We strongly encourage early ordering to avoid shipping issues.
