Shipping charges depend on the value and size of your order and the type of merchandise you purchase.

Purim this year will be on Friday, March 14, 2025.


Please note the following:


All orders received by Friday, March 5, 2025 2:00 PM EST will be shipped via regular delivery through UPS-GROUND, CANADA FLAT RATE, or ISRAEL FLAT RATE with a delivery target date of Thursday, March 11, 2024.

For all orders received after Friday, March 5, 2024  2:00 PM EST you may need to choose quicker shipping charges which will incur additional express delivery charges to ensure delivery by Purim, Sunday, March 24, 2024.  Please review the UPS map below.  You will need to choose shipping options accordingly: USA - UPS options with choices based on day ordered, CANADA EXPRESS, or ISRAEL EXPRESS for timely delivery before Purim, Friday, March 14, 2025.

All orders received after 2:00 PM EST on Wednesday, March 10, 2025 will be shipped, but will not be guaranteed for delivery by Purim, Friday, March 14, 2025.

For all questions, please email us the baskets you are interested in and the shipping zip codes. We will in turn provide you with a quote on expedited shipping costs.
   
Please check your address carefully. UPS has a $10.00 surcharge on any address that is incorrect or is missing an apartment or suite number.  You will be charged any additional charges incurred by UPS for address corrections.

 

March 12, 2025 1:00 PM - Last day to place orders to Toronto, Ottawa and surrounding areas.

March 10, 2025 1:00 PM - Last day to place orders to Montreal and surrounding areas.


If you select UPS ground shipping, your arrival date will be based on the map below.

Baskets to grey areas - ZONE 6 can be shipped GROUND until Friday, March 5, 2:00 PM EST, for it to arrive in time for Purim.

Baskets to orange areas - ZONE 5 can be shipped GROUND until Monday, March 8, 2:00 PM EST, for it to arrive in time for Purim.

Baskets to burgundy areas - ZONE 4 can be shipped GROUND until Tuesday, March 9, 2:00 PM EST for it to arrive in time for Purim.

Baskets to green, dark brown, or light brown areas - ZONE 3 & 2 can be shipped GROUND until Wednesday, March 10, 2:00 PM EST, for it to arrive in time for Purim.


All other orders received earlier than the ground cut off dates will be held and shipped to arrive by Purim.
To be guaranteed arrival by Purim day choose quicker options if necessary.

 

    
Timely Delivery
PurimBaskets.com will do its utmost to ensure your orders timely delivery. It is ultimately the responsibility of the shipping carrier to guarantee that they will deliver as promised. PurimBaskets.com cannot be held liable for orders arriving late due to carrier delays.

Weekends and Holidays
Weekend and holiday deliveries are not available.

Shipping within Israel
For shipping within Israel, every attempt will be made to find the correct address, but we will not be held responsible if the driver cannot find the correct address. Please provide an Israeli phone number, not a US DSL line if we need to contact the recipient.

Outside the continental U.S.
For delivery information and shipping charges on orders being shipped outside the continental U.S., please email us at shipping@purimbaskets.com We can ship your order internationally, but cannot guarantee a delivery date. There are many options available. Please email us and we will make every effort to accommodate you request.

Confirmation
After you place an order on our site, you will receive an email confirmation from us. If you have checked that you would like to receive email about special promotions, we will send you that information. As per our Policies and Security, we don''t share our mailing lists with anyone and will not send you any unsolicited email.

Credit Card Charges

Your credit card is charged when we process your order for delivery. Your credit card statement will be billed by PurimBaskets.com
 
 

Return Policy

Returns & Replacements

At Purim Baskets, we take great care in ensuring that every item we sell is carefully inspected before shipment. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately upon arrival of your package. We will gladly issue a refund for both the product and shipping charges.

Please note that we are not responsible for packages returned as undeliverable, lost during transit, or damaged due to external elements after delivery. If a returned package needs to be reshipped, additional shipping charges will apply.

Due to the nature of our products, many of which are perishable, such as pastries, cakes, fruits, and chocolates, we are unable to accept returns once items have left our facility. However, we stand behind our products with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to our customer care team at 888-447-8746 or email us at shipping@purimbaskets.com, and we will assist you promptly.

In the event that an item is out of stock, we may substitute it with a product of equal or greater value. While this is a rare occurrence, we reserve the right to make such substitutions as necessary to fulfill your order.
